For your consideration…..

Today’s message is a mechanical one. It supports many of the messages we have been getting lately. Actually, it supports our life itself.

We are reminded today of our breath. It is so common, so ordinary that we forget that it sustains us. Chief Seattle reminds us, “All things share the same breaths-the beast, the tree, the man, the air shares its spirit with all the life it supports.”

Everyday in this blog we suggest “getting outdoors and taking in at least 10 deep breaths.” Again, this is to remind us of the importance and power of breath. Deep breath is our reset button.

Today we are reminded that when we have anxiety, fear, anger….all negative emotions….we simply need to pause, and breath in all that is exactly perfect, all that is possible, all that is good. And breath out those negative emotions of the ego. Breath out what does not serve us well. Breath out the “what ifs.” Breath in the “what IS.”

That is how we take control.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…..

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Breath in all that is perfect and good, all that has been arranged perfectly just for you.

What made me smile yesterday…..

-A relaxing PJ day.

-Catching up with Jody and Alex.

-Laundry done.

-Bags repacked.
