For your consideration….

Each of us was born with PSP, personal spiritual power. It is up to us to fire it up and use it.

Our PSP can never be taken from us unless we allow it. For some of us, this is a hard concept to believe. Working with domestic violence survivors, I have seen abuse of power over and over. The only way for survivors to turn things around is to reclaim their PSP. For others we would never voluntarily give up our PSP. That is not to say that we have not been “duped” at some point, but when we realize it we quickly grab it back.

We have had messages about PSP before. However, today’s message focuses on abuse of power. If we look around the world, we can quickly see that abuse of power is the source of all trouble. For some their PSP is not enough. They use theirs to steal other’s PSP. You can not defeat a person unless you do. Stealing PSP is an act of war whether it is on an individual or a collective, whether is it on a citizen or country.

Our PSP is our responsibility. It is our to defend. There is nothing wrong with wanting to be more powerful. Indeed it should be what we seek to do. Our intention and how we do that is what is important. It makes all the difference. The path to becoming more powerful is not to take other’s power away from them. It is to grow our own by using it for the highest good of all.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take….

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Grow your power.

What made me smile yesterday…..

-Rain….real rain….really hard rain.

-Getting a new car that is far beyond my expectations.

-My brother is here for a visit.

-Alex is back home.

Love, Blessings and Gratitude,

Rev. Chris
