For your consideration….

For every problem, concern, issue, dream, goal, plan etc. we have, the fix is in. That is our message for today.

Think about  your life. How did you get here? Have  you ever been just amazed at how well something turned out, accomplished the seemingly impossible? Have you ever noticed others who never seem to fail or at least spring back as though it was nothing at all….a minor setback…and they remain undeterred? Look at the bigger picture and life as it was when we were children and life now. The technology alone is staggering.

Everything starts with a dream or idea and an absolute belief in the seemingly impossible. Rather it is thought to be not yet possible. When we focus on our dreams, problems, ideas etc., we are issuing a want to the Universe which immediately puts the fix in. We may not see the results immediately. But if we stay in a state of HOPE, faith and trust, we will see a resolution.

For some people this is easy and their life reflects it. For others it is very difficult. Most of us are some place in the middle of the two.

Today I was reminded of living in Poland. People had suffered under communist rule. Most were relatively poor. Yet they were reluctant to accept charity. For every gift or favor, they would return a gift or favor. It was not an apples to apples thing. They didn’t have that to give. None the less they would find a way to return a kindness.

This memory is given as an example for the second part of today’s message. Not only are we reminded to live in HOPE, faith and trust, we must take care to help others do the same. Above all, we must take care not to steal, belittle, dismiss or crush their HOPE. Instead we are to encourage others to trust and believe in themselves and know that their fix is in.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take….

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Think big.

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

What made me smile yesterday…..

-Lunch with AJ and Mac.

-A good book.

-An absolutely beautiful day to sit and watch AJ’s double header.

-Meeting a lady who has lived in Alaska for 35 years. Sooo interesting.

Love, Blessings and Gratitude,

Rev. Chris
