For your consideration….

Really? Are we really having arguments over the statements, “Black lives matter.” or “All lives matter?” Are people really arguing about that?

Our message today tells us that we were all born with the answer ingrained in our soul. We are asked to refuse to argue about it. Instead live our truth and pray and send blessings for those who have forgotten theirs.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…..

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Live your truth. No need to argue about it. Just stand in the light of your power.

What made me smile yesterday….

-A lazy Sunday with a good book.

-A great picture of James and Alex. It was a last-minute decision for James to join her for a day in Las Vegas and it looks like they made the most of it.

-I was browsing through some old cookbooks. I have hundreds and I’m not sure why I picked the 3 I did. As it turned out, they had belonged to my mother-in-law, Charlotte. Charlotte wrote in her cookbooks. She would write notes to change recipes, if they were good or not or even a check if it was one she wanted to try. She also wrote a note if she prepared it for company or as a dish to take to pass. I have seen some of these before but what a treat yesterday to read, “For Dot’s (her sister-in-law) birthday, Feb. 26, 1981.” or “Bruce (my husband) here April 25, 1084. It was just heartwarming and fun.

-A great thunder-storm complete with a terrific lightning show.

Love, Blessings and Gratitude,

Rev. Chris
