For  your consideration….

Sometimes we just feel stuck in our work, home life or even play. But we are never stuck, we can and will make things happen. We can and we will move forward. Today’s message reminds of some tools we have in our life tool kit to help us.

Have you ever searched and searched in a word search puzzle for a word that just keep alluding you? Then you give it up for a bit or you are distracted and then the very next time you look at the puzzle the word “jumps” out at you. This is a perfect example of a couple of our tools. First, we let go of the outcome. We just give it up. The second is we change the view. Yes, we look at it from a different angle or in a new way.

Our next tool is our go to tool. It is always a game changer. It is our breath. We can refocus, repurpose or change any situation or problem by using our reset button, our breath. Just like that we change the energy… we recharge…. when we pause, take some deep breaths focusing on them.

Finally, we are reminded of another tool. It is an attitude changer. It is our humor. Remember a while back we were told to carry around a funny story or memory in our pocket. It is something that never ceases to make us smile or better yet, laugh out loud. If we are feeling stuck, we can always use a good laugh to change our stagnant energy.

Ahhh, I feel better already. I feel powerful. What about you?

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take….

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Own your power.

What made me smile yesterday…..

-An early trip to the airport to get Amelia off. The early start to the day gave me the opportunity I needed to finish a book I had been trying to finish for days.

-Spending the day with my family…most of it outdoors.

-AJ had an amazing soccer goal.

-My friend, Dianne, “graduated” her 200 RYT training and is a certified yoga instructor. Wahoo.

Congratulations, Dianne!
