For your consideration…..

We know about gratitude.  We know that we need to live in a state of gratitude. We have had lots of messages about it. Our message today is a little different in that it gives us a helpful hint on how we know when we have strayed away from it.

When we feel anxious or afraid, stressed or annoyed we are not in a state of gratitude. Gratitude is full of HOPE fueled by Faith with a foundation of firm belief.

All we have to do is notice and then turn back to gratitude for to regain our balance.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take….

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all.”

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Drink lots of water.

-Stay in a state of gratitude,

What made me smile yesterday….

-Another magnificent day.

-Many little tasks done.

-Laughing with Jackie and catching up with lots of friends on Facebook.

-When I took my kids out to recess, they discovered a robin’s nest very low in a tree. They could easily see some unhatched eggs as well as a newly hatched baby. Without even a blink they run off and come back with worms for it. We explained the baby’s mom would not like us to feed her baby. But you have got to love the spirit of their hearts.
