For your consideration….
I know why this message was given to me today. I have borne witness to it over the last few days. First at a Hay House Writer’s conference in Chicago. Everyone there shared a common purpose and came with an open spirit. It was magical. Yesterday, people I knew and didn’t know held the space around a precious little girl in constant prayer while she underwent emergency brain surgery.
Energy matters. It is the stuff that makes everything move and happen. It is the mechanics of life. We see this everyday.
Harder to see and understand is quantum physics, the energy we don’t see. Yet we are in control of it everyday. We fuel it with our thoughts and emotions. They give us enormous power.
Our message today reminds us that when we combine our power with the power of others, for good or evil, that power grows exponentially. The synchronicity of combining our power with that of others in common purpose (ie; prayer, task, HOPE, goals, gratitude etc.) literally changes the world.
We are asked to maximize our power.
That is the HOPE.
Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take….
-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”
-Drink lots of water.
-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.
-Know your power. Use it for good.
What made me smile yesterday….
-A beautiful day with wonderful students.
-I was called in for another sleep study. Good news is I did not have to wait until July and I made it through it.
-Which I not have done, if I had not been meditations and practicing breath these last few years.
-Prayers are answered, Mary Scott came through her surgery with positive HOPE and encouragement from the doctors. We continue to believe that our continued prayers will bring the healing miracles we pray for and that her family knows peace.
