For your consideration….

Some things just can’t be fixed. They are not meant to be. Some things in life can only be endured…disappointment, death, etc. It happens to each and every one of us. And each and every one of us handles and needs different things to help us through the really tough times.

Our message today reminds us of a couple of things. If we are the one suffering, remember that people you love are looking to you for direction on how they can help. Be honest.

If you have loved ones in pain, let your senses be your guide. If all you can do is listen, or hug and hold, hold the silence or respect their wish to be alone, that is enough.

Remember, suffering has stages and the needs in the different stages may or may not change. Follow your instincts.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take….

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Respect the life process.

What made me smile yesterday…..

-Talking to my sister and Jackie.

-A quick trip to Stillwater.

-Another beautiful day.

Love, Blessings and Gratitude,

Rev. Chris
