Your Voice

For your consideration….

We all have a voice. As we tune into our authentic self we fine tune and deepen it. Like our power, only we can truly silence it. Only we can choose to silence it. Only we can choose to not use it.

As we look at problems throughout the world and right here at home, it is important to remember this. It is up to us to decide to use our voice. It has nothing to do with whether we have money or not, whether we have an education or not, whether we are a man or women, whether we are young or old etc.

It have everything to do with our choice. We have a choice. We always have a choice. Choose to use your voice for good.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…..

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Use your voice.

What made me smile yesterday….

-Fun in the snow.

-Bruce, “Chris, Dude is mad at you.” Chris, “Why?” Bruce, “You went to work and left him outside. I didn’t get up until noon and found him in the garage.” Yikes. I don’t know how I did that.

-It looks like Jake is well enough to come home today. Prayers have been answered.

-An early bedtime. I would have liked to stay up and watched some TV but just could not. I’ll be better for it today.
