For your consideration…..

If a problem, task, job etc., keep popping into our head at random times, or in our dreams or when we want to be still, that is a big clue that we need to handle it. Perhaps we need to put it on our to-do list and just get it done.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take….

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Pay attention to what keeps showing up.

What made me smile yesterday…..

-A snow day.

-My sister-in-law, Ginger, took me took lunch.

-A little trip to a basketball game only to find it was cancelled.

-Great new pictures from Alex.
