For your consideration….
How often have you heard or said, “I don’t tell you enough.” or “I don’t hear that enough.”?
Our words, our smile, our hugs are free. It costs us nothing to be encouraging. It costs us nothing to build self-esteem. But to those who receive it, it is a priceless gift.
We asked today to choose positive words and build self-esteem and self-respect in others….as well as ourselves.
So often we ask or wonder, “What can I do? I’m only one person.” Well here is an answer. Be a builder of self-esteem.
That is the HOPE. And so it is.
Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…..
-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of others?”
-Drink lots of water.
-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.
-Think and choose positive, encouraging words. Match them with your actions.
