For your consideration….

It happens to all of us probably at some time every day. We feel stressed, pushed, scared, worried, confused, concerned etc. We feel off-center and not entirely comfortable. We are pushing up hill or going against the flow.

Our message today reminds us to “notice” when we have these feelings. Then stop and just breathe. Breathe into the moment until we can relax and become the fine tuned machine that our true self is.

I love this great song about becoming one. Consider it for our message today thinking about our body, mind and spirit coming together as one.

Walking On A Dream
(in part)
Walking on a dream
How can I explain
Talking to myself
Will I see again
We are always running for the thrill of it thrill of it
Always pushing up the hill searching for the thrill of it
On and on and on we are calling out and out again
Never looking down I’m just in awe of what’s in front of me
Is it real now
When two people become one
I can feel it
When two people become one
Thought I’d never see
The love you found in me
Now it’s changing all the time
Living in a rhythm where the minutes working overtime
We are always running for the thrill of it thrill of it
Always pushing up the hill searching for the thrill of it
On and on and on we are calling out and out again
Never looking down I’m just in awe of what’s in front of me
Is it real now
When two…
That is the HOPE. And so it is.
Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…..
-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”
-Drink lots of water.
-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.
-Relax…monitor and make sure you are one with your true self.
What made me smile yesterday…..
-Sunshine.
-Backing out of the driveway, I ran over one of the dog’s balls. Tank quickly came over to it and then looked up at me with utter disgust.
-Hearing from my girls.
-Cute pictures of the “Glitter Twins.”
