For your consideration…..

We are all unique and different. We make our own process(es). Some of us make them up as we go. Some of us like to plan everything out. We run the gamut of everything in between.

Personally, I like an outline. I like to fill things in as I go. I am a good problem solver and get satisfaction when I do that or when I see an opportunity to make things better.

We all march to our own beat. It is as it is supposed to be. However, today’s message tells us that EVERYONE needs to sync their beat. Each of us needs to take the time and sync with our beat. Our body, mind and spirit needs to beat as one.

All too often taking the time for ourselves is the last thing on our list…in our process. Yet, if we would commit to it, we would find that it is actually a time saver. When we are in sync we are simply much more efficient. We think with more clarity. We readily see opportunities.

We are asked today to make syncing our beat a daily priority. Maybe you do that by being still. Perhaps you do it by jogging or walking. Whatever works for you is perfect.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…..

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-All of the above help “sync our beat.”

What made me smile yesterday…..

-An easy morning.

-A great class.

-Perfect weather for outdoor recess.

-Barbecuing  while it was snowing.

Love, Blessings and Gratitude,

Rev. Chris
