From Doreen Virtue’s “Archangel Oracle” Cards

For your consideration…..

It seemed like I was having a hard time getting the complete message for us today. I could only get bits and pieces like, “listen” and “stand by you.” I thought, alright I will go with that and trust it will come together as I sit down.

Before I write everyday’s blog, I also pull a card from several Angel decks I have, and reflect on its message for myself and journal it. Crystal Clear Intentions is the card I drew today. I had to laugh because as soon as did I remembered something from yesterday and knew why I was getting this card today.

After I wrote yesterday’s blog “What I Want Is What I Got”, I was very rushed to get ready and out the door for school. Immediately, when I got in my car I hear, “You should have been clearer about manifesting.”

“Oh, what did I mess?”

“You should have talked about being very clear about what you DO want. Intentions should not be what you DON’T want.”

You know what? I know that and I should have been clearer. As manifestors we have to be mindful and very clear with our intentions.

For example, “I hate my job. I want a new one.” Hate and job are the subject of our intention. Consequently, we will attract more job dissatisfaction. It is a far better intention to say, “I want to find a job that (whatever job benefits you are looking for).

Or, “I don’t want to be sad anymore.” The subject is about sadness thus we attract more sadness. Instead our intention, “I want happiness. I choose happiness.”

After we have our “positive intention,” we can try to envision what that looks like so there is no doubt what we want to attract into our lives.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…..

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Create positive intentions.

What made me smile yesterday…..

-I was giving a safety talk to my students and used an example of some older students I’ve had previously. I mentioned how they had sort of just rolled their eyes. One of my students raised  his hand and said, “Ms. Adams, I know just what you mean. I have a 13-year-old brother who always rolls his eyes.” He gave us a demonstration.

-One of my students had a little meltdown when another student snatched something from him. He must have felt bad because at the end of the day he brought me a drawing he had made me.

-Dinner with my friend, Jeannie. We rarely get to do that.

-A beautiful sunshiny day.

Love, Blessings and Gratitude,

Rev. Chris
