For your consideration….

So, how is the shopping going? Are you done, not nearly done or almost done? Are you stumped on some of the gifts? I always have one or two of those and have to keep reminding myself not to let them put stress into this beautiful season.

Today we are asked to pause and remember that many times the very best gift of all is the gift of self.

If we are fortunate and know our life purpose, it would be working at it and sharing it. Perhaps we are a great listener and we can do just that. Then again maybe we are good problem solvers and we can help others solve their problems. If we have a talent, sharing it is often a beautiful gift. Almost everyone has helping hands to offer. Sometimes we have some outstanding hard feelings, offering to give them  up and make amends can be an enormous gift. So too can be showing and sharing unwavering HOPE, faith and love.

We all have God-given talents. Sharing them, expands them. They are always a gift worth giving.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take….

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Love.

What made me smile yesterday….

-Getting Don and Mary to the airport and running over to pick up my visiting brother.

-Gordie treating me to breakfast at the Bomber.

-A relaxing day with Gordie with lots of laughter.

-Our Alex, came home. Her plane was 35 minutes early. Wahoo.

Love, Blessings and Gratitude,

Rev. Chris
