For your consideration…..
I had to laugh when I got today’s message. It reminds me of an experience I had with my friend, Dianne. We were at a conference and were asked to go into meditation and “notice”. Neither of us had much experience doing that at that time. When we came out of meditation, we swapped experiences. Dianne says, “I’m not sure this is right. I saw Humpty Dumpty sitting on a wall.” We laughed and laughed about it thinking it was pretty “out there.” Of course, today we know that was not so crazy.
Lightworkers, it is going to be a great day. Today, like Mighty Mouse, we are strong and efficient. We see things clearly as never before and…..we get things done. We get things done because we know… like we know like…we know we can.
That is the HOPE. And so it is.
Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take….
-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”
-Drink lots of water.
-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths…..breathe in to 4 counts and out to 4 counts.
-Take on tasks with enthusiasm, you will knock them off easily.
What made me smile yesterday…..
-A chill day.
-Little odds and ends cleaned up.
-Catching up with Jody.
-Going to the movies with Bob and Bruce. Then Bruce and I went out to dinner.
