For your consideration…..

Are you getting the results you want? Are you worried, scared or frustrated? Our message today tells us to pay attention to the language of our thoughts.

We know that our thoughts become actions. So if our thought language is worried, we will behave worried and the Universe will respond often making our thoughts come to fruition. It is the same with fear, anger, frustration, joy, HOPE etc.

In the Universe there is no judgment. Our thoughts and actions produce equal results whether they are positive and nourishing ones or negative depleting ones. The energy we put out is what we attract back to ourselves.

Our message today reminds us that if we are not happy, the language of our thoughts is not happy and positive. That is ok, because all we have to do is notice it and switch up the language to change the energy.

Example, “I will never be able to get all of this done.” That is setting yourself up for failure. Consider changing that dialog with, “I’ll find a way. I always do.” or “It’ll work out.” or “I’ll make it work.” or “This can happen. Let me set my awesome creative mind at work and think outside the box a bit.”

Example, Feeling bad because “I don’t think she/he/they like me.” Consider changing the dialog up with, “That’s ok. Not everyone has to like me.”  or “I’ll give them space and maybe time will change their opinion.” or “I’ll stay polite, kind and respectful and when they get to know me they will probably change their mind.” or “I’ll just do the best job I can trust the outcome.”

Example, “I will never understand this.” Consider, “I’m going to have to put some extra work into this to understand it.”

Creating the language to match our desired outcome is key to success. Create thought language that matches the vision that you WANT.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, thought by thought action steps anyone can take….

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Monitor the language of your thoughts and match it to the outcome your desire.

What made me smile yesterday…..

-Seeing the kindergarteners that I started the year with. I love seeing how far they have come.

-Catching up with Jackie and Alex.

-Also with my second daughter, who had me laughing so hard I thought I wasn’t going to be able to stop.

-I have two new baby girl nieces. Both healthy and beautiful.

-Finally getting to cleaning out the gutters.

Love, Blessings and Gratitude,

Rev. Chris
