“No act of Kindness, no matter how small, is ever wasted.” Aesop

For your consideration….

Being kind costs nothing but reverberates like the pebble in the pond.

In turn it returns light, love and joy to our own soul many times over.

Being kind does not require us to like someone. It doesn’t mean we agree with them. We are not making a statement of any kind. Indeed we can adamantly disagree with their thoughts, views and action yet be kind and respectful. Imagine that.

We are asked to be kind not matter the circumstance.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take….

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths. I think I will be doing mine from my porch today.

-Always be kind.

What made me smile yesterday…..

-A half day of school with a fun class.

-Lunch with Pam.

-A great dinner. My freezer is stuffed and I made a commitment to myself to make more home cooked meals. I am often tired when I get home from work and tend to fall into the trap of “Let’s just order something.” I can see an improvement in the freezer already.

-AJ’s “all better” leg.

Love, Blessings and Gratitude,

Rev. Chris
