For your consideration…..

My sense is that today’s message goes hand in hand with yesterday’s message. Our message sounds like the book, Brown Bear. Throughout the book we hear, “Brown Bear, Brown Bear, what do you see?” Brown Bear replies, “I see a ______looking at me.”

Our message today sounds just like that. We are to look in a mirror and ask, “Mirror, mirror, what do you see?” “I see_____looking at me.” We fill in the blanks with physical traits or feelings that we see. We fill in what we see projected back to us.

Examples might be;

I see fear looking at me.

I see joy looking at me.

I see a smile looking at me.

I see confidence looking at me.

I see tired eyes looking at me.

What do you see? Is it correct? Is it what you want to see? Again, our answers tell us whether we are happy with where we are or not. Our answers reflect our attitude, our emotions, our perceptions. They may or may not be what others see. They are what we see and therefore what we project. It is the energy  we will release to the world. It leads us to the questions. “What do we want to see and project?” “How can we make that happen?”

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take….

-Meditate/pray….”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Put a mirror on your vision board.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths. Breath out what you do not want or need. Breath in what you do.

What made me smile yesterday….

-A new project started.

-Alex’s determination and confidence.

-Chilling on the back deck at Stillwater with a book.

Love, Blessings and Gratitude,

Rev. Chris
