For your consideration…..

For some reason this message makes me sad. I did not want to write it. It makes me sad because it hurts my heart that there are people feeling alone. As I sat in prayer and meditation for another message, I was lovingly but gently reminded that I am an instrument. I do not get to pick the message. The message today is “You Are Not Alone.”

Lonely people walk among us. Yes, you can be lonely even when you are surrounded by people. Yes, you can be lonely even if you are surrounded by family and friends.

We often feel lonely when we feel lost and don’t have firm direction in our life or don’t like the direction it is going in. We feel lonely when we feel people we love are moving on. We forget that love is never-ending and spans distance, time and worlds. We can feel lonely if we feel we are not measuring up. We forget that if we feel judged it is from the ego, not our Guidance. No matter the reason, we are reminded we are never alone, never have been and never will be.

Each and every one of us was assigned a Guardian Angel at birth who never ever leaves us. But she is not alone. No, at different times a myriad of Archangels, Angels and Guides, as well as loved ones who have crossed over, surround us. They are ever-present offering guidance, comfort and support. They carry no judgment and have no other agenda except for our highest good.

If you feel alone, ask the ego to step down and be still. Listen to God, listen to the Guidance he has surrounding you. Feel the unconditional love.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…..

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-If you don’t already, check in with your Guidance with all things big and small. Experiment, start with trivial things ie. what to wear, eat, should you do something or not. Be still and listen.

What made me smile yesterday….

-Alex’s text message.

-The canal water level is back to its old levels.

-A cozy fire and good book.

-Some writing done.

Love, Blessings and Gratitude,

Rev. Chris

Happy Birthday, Jackie
