For your consideration….

We know this. For every action there is an equal reaction.

We are reminded today that life is easier when we think before we act and speak. It is a whole lot easier than having to do a correction for a reaction.

Clues that we are not balanced are when we are feeling angry, anxious, irritated etc. Those are reactions. Before we react on those reactions, we have the option to get back to our center. Remember that breath is our reset button and always an available choice.

When we are acting and speaking from our balanced center, we are in control of our actions. We are acting from a positive place. That is a good thing.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…..

-Meditate/pray…ask….”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Breathe. Let your breath calm and center you.

What made me smile yesterday….

-Less rain.

-Last minute errands done.

-Mackenzie, “I’m as excited about all the little things as I am about the big things.”

-Alex’s email had her dad and I laughing out loud.

-A late night chat with Cathy till I was sleep enough to sleep.
