For your consideration…..
Every day we are given a message of HOPE on this blog. Today we are invited to offer our own.
If we were to put a message of HOPE in a bottle or time capsule, what would it be? What would our message to the world be? Consider that.
That is the HOPE. And so it is.
Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE actions steps anyone can take…..
-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”
-Drink lots of water.
-Get outdoors for as long as you can. Take in at least 10 deep breaths.
-Think about your message.
What made me smile yesterday…..
-A perfect sunshiny day.
-The first day this year that was warm enough for me to do my morning meditation outdoors.
-One girl’s trash is another girl’s treasure. Wahoo.
-Great emails and pics from Alex.
-Bruce was able to download the pictures by himself. That he would even attempt is progress. That he did it is a real triumph.
