For your consideration…..
If there were no contrasts we would not know right from wrong.
If there were no contrasts we would not know good from bad.
If there were no contrasts we would not know beautiful from ugly.
If there were no contrasts we would not know success from failure.
If there were no contrasts we would not know happiness from sadness.
If there were no contrasts we would not know love from hate.
If there were no contrasts we would not know where to put our love, joy and HOPE.
Contrasts are good. They make us notice and HOPEfully grateful.
That is the HOPE. And so it is.
Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…..
-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”
-Drink lots of water. It cleanses and brings clarity.
-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.
-Put your bare feet to Mother Earth.
What made me smile yesterday……
-An absolutely beautiful day.
-A smooth trip to Stillwater.
-An early bedtime.
-A new book.
