For your consideration…..
Each grain of sand is perfect and complete. It is its total. It contains all that is, ever was, is and will ever be.
It is the same with all things including moments. Each moment is perfect and complete. It contains all that is, ever was and will ever be.
Don’t miss the moment. Live it in its entirety.
That is the HOPE. And so it is.
Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…..
-Meditate/pray….ask…..”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”
-Drink lots of water.
-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.
-Live with purpose in each moment.
What made me smile yesterday……
-Dude went to the doggie spa and look beautiful.
-Skyping with Alex.
-Bruce learned….sort of learned….to pick up a Skype call.
-Dinner, drinks and lots of conversation with Jeannie.
