Indelible

For your consideration…..

Ask your ego to step down. Take five seconds, close your eyes and ask “What is my indelible characteristic?” What is the first word that comes to your mind?

Your authentic self has just spoken to you. Don’t judge it. Just know that this is a gift that you have for the world. It is part of your true essence. Of course, it is not all of who you are. You have many indelible characteristics but this is a key one. It is written on your soul. You do not have to know why or how it is. It just is and you can count on it. Be true to it, honor it and share it.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…..

-Meditate/pray….ask….”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?” Any time we pause with intention, just like we did above, we can ask for Guidance. We will receive it.

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Be joyous. Celebrate you.

What made me smile yesterday…..

-A little dusting of snow.

-Errands done.

-A beautiful moon that I can still see.

-A box packed and ready to go. I kept wondering why Alex never mentioned a couple of stocking stuffers we sent her. I found out why. They are still sitting downstairs. Evidently I missed them as I was packing up her Christmas boxes. I guess these will be Valentine gifts.
