“Your thoughts plus your attitude equal predictions and ultimately outcomes.”
Life doesn’t just happen to us. We are part of its creative process. Yes, we can’t know what will come across our path but we choose how we interpret and react. We choose HOPE…or not. We expect great things…..or not. We choose to success…..or not.
Choose to react positively. Predict a great outcome. Expect fabulous.
That is the HOPE. And so it is.
Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…..
-Meditate/pray….ask….”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”
-Drink lots of water.
-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths. I have to admit that I love the crisp cool air.
-Predict fun and joy.
What made me smile yesterday…..
-Sunshine again. Yeah.
-Talking to my sister.
-Lost daughter number 1 is no longer lost. Wahoo.
-Chilling.
