For your consideration……

I think this is a first. I don’t think we have been given a number before as our message. However, that is what we have today. We were given the number 7.

What exactly is it about the number 7? The number 7 is often referred to as a mystical number. If we think about it, we remember that the world was created in 7 days. We have 7 chakras, there are 7 days to a week, 7 heavens etc.

The common denominator is that 7 is all about new beginnings and endings. And that is what today’s message reminds us. We are in a season of rebirth. It is natural and time to let go of the old that no longer serves us so that we can fully enter into a new cycle of life with HOPE, love and joy.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…..

-Meditate/pray…ask….”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water. We always need lots of water but right now it is doubly important with all of the “sick” bugs going around.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths. Again, it is doubly important to keep clearing out all of the “sick” bugs.

-Don’t be afraid to let go of baggage.

What made me smile yesterday……

-2 recesses. It is cold but I don’t care. I love to take kids out to recess and listen to them laugh and see them run and play.

-Lots of work done for today.

-Alex got her gifts and some other boxes as well. She is excited. We are relieved.

– Bruce….standing in for Alex helping me make crepes. It’s a hoot doesn’t begin to cover it.
