For your consideration……

I just had to laugh. “Cleaning the intake?” I asked. I was reminded of a conversation I had Sunday with my friend Carol regarding jet boats. I recently considered buying a jet boat for Stillwater. It seems every person I told had an opinion including Carol. She said that you really have to be on top of the maintenance. You have to constantly clean out the intake. It was that example that our Guidance gave us today.

We are in a new season coming upon a full moon tomorrow. It is a good time for a “maintenance” message. We have had messages before about filtering what we let into our spirit. Remember, our filter should always ask, “Is it true?” If it is not true, we need to stop and release it.

That is what today’s message is about. It is about getting rid of all of that daily untrue, unsolicited, unwanted garbage that we have sitting in our “intake.” We need to clean it out so none of it sneaks into our spirit when we are not paying attention.

At the end of our day we need to review, sort and maintain. We are asked to pause at the end of our day and review. What is true? What served us well? What do we want to let into our spirit? We can do that with love and gratitude. Now we can look at what is left….what is untrue and does not serve us well…..we need to bless and release it for it no longer serves us. Make sense?

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can do……

-Meditate/pray….ask….”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all.

-Drink lots of water. It clarifies and cleanses.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Pause and reflect. Clean out your intake.

What made me smile yesterday……

-A sleep in and lazy morning.

-Nails and toes done in the PM.

-Leftovers.

-A good book.

Love, Blessings and Gratitude,

Rev. Chris
