For your consideration…..

We will face challenges. That is how we grow. Wishing we did not have them or wasting time worrying about them does not serve us well. It robs us of the joy we have in the present.

So how do we let go of the worry? We trust. We look at the half full glass. The half full glass knows that we have everything we need to handle whatever comes our way.

One of the main tools is our intuition. We have that little voice inside always guiding us. Deep down we “know” what to do. We know what is right. We know that we will excel in every challenge we face for we know that the solution is in place even as we think it. We just have to listen to the quiet voice of our intuition.

“The intuitive mind is a sacred gift and the rational mind is a faithful servent.

We have created a society that honors the servant and has forgotten the gift.”

Albert Einstein

Too often intuition is mocked. It is not considered valid. Consider how often “women’s intuition” is discounted. We are told today that the mocking is a “smoke screen.” It is an excuse to discredit the true power.

Honor your intuition. It is your direct dialog with your Guidance. It is your true and faithful friend. Listen to it.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take……

-Meditate/pray….ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-What is your intuition telling you. Honor it, even if you can’t see all of the answers yet.

What made me smile yesterday……

-Another glorious perfect temperature sunny day.

-Shopping done. I’m set for the week.

-A great little school full of sunlight and happy students. Before students could be dismissed for the day, they are required to say at least 1 good thing about their day. That’s a good practice.

-Bill’s hot dog stand.

Love, Blessings and Gratitude,
