For your consideration………..

There are a few parts to today’s message speaking about our authentic self…..our soul self.

Certainly the first part is as depicted. If we drop our shadow self and are authentic and real, inherently others believe they can to. There is great freedom in that and we save a lot of time when we talk soul to soul, real self to real self, authentic self to authentic self.

We are asked today if we know who our authentic self is? Do we recognize it? Do we let it lead or do we keep it hidden most of the time? Do we find ourselves not speaking up in truth? Do we find ourselves overruling our true self? Perhaps we no longer consider it overruling and  when we just stay silent. But anytime we choose to stay silent when we know we should speak the truth, we have made a choice.

When we are asked to pause for even a small part of every day to meditate or pray, it is to help us stay up close and personal with our authentic self. It is imperative to our health and journey that we know our true self and live according to its direction. When we sit in silence and ask our ego to step down, we hear and feel our truth. We know what a healthy and loving world looks life. We know the balance between the masculine and feminine is mandatory. We are not afraid of our truth. We are grateful and at peace with it.

Our last part to today’s message it this. When we know who we are….really are…..our authentic self, we can and must block what is not true from entering. We must not let what others say and do disavow our truth. What is not true….no matter who the deliverer….we must simply reject it. We can hear it but we do not have to accept it. We can and must turn it away at our souls door.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take……

-Meditate/pray…ask….”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?” Listen to what your authentic self and Guidance tells you.

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Be conscious of what we let into our soul.

What made me smile yesterday…..

-I am grateful for a good visit with my friend, Jody.

-Laundry done and getting ready for the weekend.

-Leftovers.

-A beautiful thunderstorm. It did not stick around but gave the lawn a good drink.

-Lots of household chores done.

Love, Blessings and Gratitude,

Rev. Chris
