For your consideration……

Wasn’t the full moon stunning last night? It is called a super moon because it is so bright. Some call it a happy moon and I can see why. It certainly made me happy.

Full moons tend to bring out the emotions in people. Hospitals and police forces will often attest to this. This full moon being so bright due to its closeness to earth will amplify these emotions.

This moon is all about truth and being true to yourself. We are pulled in many directions but our true north is our own truth. If we are not following it, we can expect to be  feeling very emotional, out of sorts, extra anxious or restless etc. Our true north is where our power lies.

That is where today’s message comes in. We are not expected to jump up and magically change our life over night or completely change direction. But we can start to change our course towards our true north. We can start to be true to ourselves.

We did not get here over night and we mostly will not get back on course overnight. However we can start. We can change something up. We don’t have to fret about what it is. We just need to interrupt our routine a bit. Perhaps we want to add something ie; daily affirmation, exercise, new or change our vision board, create or change our dream box, journal etc.

Remember the “T” chart. We can make one of those. The top is our “true north, where we want to go.” The left side can be what is working and feels right. On the left we can write what holds us back or what is not working for us. What doesn’t feel right or is pulling us off course. A “T” chart would be a good-change-up.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take……

-Meditate/pray….ask…..”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?” This will always point you to your truth.

-Drink lots of water. I am recommitting to myself today to drink at least 80 oz. of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths. Why not kill 2 birds with one stone and meditate outdoors.

-Do or start a “T” chart.

What made me smile yesterday……..

-A smooth ride home despite the freeway being shut down for a stretch.

-Chores done.

-Lots of sunshine.

-A great night out with Pam……crystal singing bowls so powerful. Wow, who knew. Then lots of conversation and catching up at the Black Pearl. Relaxing, refreshing and good for the soul.

Love, Blessings and Gratitude,

Rev. Chris
