“By leaving behind your old self & taking a leap of faith into the unknown,

you find out what you are truly capable of becoming.” author unknown

For your consideration……

Every business that wants to be successful evaluations the pros and cons and expense of growth and expansion. For awhile growth is easy enough, but ultimately the adding on and rearranging no longer works and a complete reorganization to the facilities and process or even a new facility are required. Then the question may be adding on to the current facility or build a complete new one. Do we make one huge one or go with an additional smaller one keeping the one we are in?

Often it is a fierce debate within schools systems…..for example enlarge the high school to accommodate the whole high school population or build an additional high school and divide up the students.

Like businesses or schools etc., we get to a place in our life where we are not growing the way we would like. We have become stagnant. We are no longer passionate in what we are doing. We are not excited about waking to the new day. We do not feel we are accomplishing much. We want to get to the next level but it involves major changes in our life.  We have maximized everything we can. We know we need to move on but the next step to the next level is huge and seems overwhelming. It requires major life changes ie; diet, religious beliefs, job or career change, relationship changes, relocation, education etc.

We know we are capable of more. We know more is expected of us but the an enormous change would be required. Our ego reminds us that “a bird in the hand is worth two in the bush.” We are afraid. We start to doubt ourselves and lose faith.

Today we are asked to consider how we got where we are in the first place. We have been at cross roads before and found the courage to believe in ourselves. We remembered that we are never alone and accepted help from who and whatever our Guidance put in our path. We had faith in our ability to achieve a whole new level.

Faith does not have an age limit. We were born with it in our life tool box. All it requires frequent use.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…….

-Meditate/pray…..ask “What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?

-Drink lots of water.

-Exercise.

Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Listen to your authentic self and be brave enough to step outside of the box and achieve a whole new level.

What made me smile yesterday……

-A day with AJ and his friends.

-An afternoon at the pool.

-Finished an ok book.

-Talking with both my girls.

Love, Blessings and Gratitude,

Rev. Chris
