For your consideration……
Helping hands. We have all had those situations or moments when someone has just stepped in and given us a hand. Maybe we knew them. Maybe we didn’t. On the flip side we have been the giver of a helping hand. We are asked to recall those feelings of the giver and the receiver.
True acts of giving and true appreciation warm our hearts equally. What is true? It is giving and receiving without expectations…..no strings attached……given and received from one kind and loving soul to another.
Our message today tells us that no helping hand action is minor. There is no judgement. Any act given and/or received from a true heart carries enormous positive energy to the Universe. Helping hands are powerful tools. Be generous giving and receiving help from helping hands. We will never fully understand the impact of helping hand actions but are asked to let the feeling we get from them be reward enough to encourage us to do more and trust that the Universe will handle the rest.
That is the HOPE. And so it is.
Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take……
-Meditate/pray……be inspired.
-Drink lots of water.
-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.
-Be generous with your help. Be a gracious receiver.
What made me smile yesterday……
-Sunshine.
-Awesome 3rd graders.
-A safe ride to the airport to drop friends off for their warm weather vacation. There were definitely a couple dicey moments. I love my car.
