For your consideration……..

You can do it! “What?” you might ask. “Whatever” is the answer.

When we were babies, we never questioned our abilities. We just kept trying knowing at some point we would master it.

Too many of us have filled our life with “I can’t” and limitations. We have a myriad of reasons why.  Nothing ever changes because we never change it. We settle.

We are being asked today to shake things up. Do something. It doesn’t have to be big. You think you can’t write….write something. You think you can’t dance…….dance anyway. You think you can’t sing…….sing anyway.  Be the first to extend a greeting and welcome. Perhaps you have always wanted to be of service…..volunteer.

We are being asked to step out of our box. We can do it. Maybe that first step will not be what we thought it would be but we won’t know until we try. It will lead us to another. It will remind us of the “I can do it.”

Women are being asked to step into their power. Ladies, we are being asked to balance the world. We can do it but we all have to stand up. We have to take back our power and simply own it. I know it sounds too big a task but it isn’t. We can do it if each of us is willing to just take a step.

Take a step today…..just a step. You can do it. We can do it.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take……

-Meditate/pray…..listen to your authentic self. It is never deterred. It knows your power.

-Drink lots of water. It helps with clarity.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Go for a walk…..let your mind wander…..dream.

-Do something new. Do something you have always thought about or wanted to do. Do something that you are not comfortable doing.

What made me smile yesterday……

-Lots of birthday greetings.

-Lots of sun.

-A new purse I should have not treated myself to.

-A new recipe I can’t wait to try.

-And a new treat for the next time my friend, Dianne, comes to visit.

-Meeting new friends.

Love, Blessings and Gratitude,

Rev. Chris
