Water.

For your consideration……

Yikes….I hate to say it…..resolution. While today’s message does not declare itself so, it really is asking for us to make a resolution.

Today is all about water. The earth is covered by about 70% water. The human body consists of approximately 60% water. Water is a big deal in our world and it carries a lot of energy. Water cleanses the earth and our body inside and out. It keeps everything in motion.

We are asked today to make a commitment to water. We are asked to make a conscious effort to conserve and respect it. And we are asked to consume at least (10) 8 ounce glasses of it a day. Why weren’t we just asked to drink 80 ounces? There are reasons.

1. We are being asked to drink water throughout our waking hours.

2.The numbers 8 and 10 are significant for our message. The number 8 represents cosmic consciousness and infinity. The number 10 represents new beginnings with experience and a higher frequency of understanding.

So lets put the message together. We are reminded the importance of water to us and Mother Earth. The new year brings us opportunities to use everything we have and have learned to grow and become “in sync” with our “cosmic consciousness and infinity”. Water helps us connect with this world and the next. We are all capable. We all have the tools. We are just being asked to put them to use. Drinking water will help us to do that.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take……..

-Meditate/pray…..center yourself.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Drink (10) 8 oz. glasses of water today.

-Make a commitment to growth.

What made me smile yesterday…….

-A wonderful relaxing drive to Port Huron.

-Seeing my brother, Andy and Cheryl etc.

-A long….an overdue….visit with my Aunt Bev and Uncle Jim.

P.S. The crows are back. That is like an exclamation point on today’s message. No problem. This request is easy enough. Right?
