For your consideration……

Today we are told that we either believe in Divine Timing or we don’t. If we do, then wallowing in disappointment, anger, sorrow and grief is not allowed.

That does not mean that we should not grieve or take time to “lick our wounds.” But when those feelings become a new norm or “new standard” in our life, when we just can’t let it go or stop thinking about it, we are wallowing.

An end is always a new beginning even in death. There are always new opportunities waiting for us. When one door closes, a new bigger one opens. When we are wallowing, it makes it very difficult to see them.

Choose to live in faith. Choose to see those opportunities waiting for you.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take……

-Meditate/pray….affirm your belief in Divine Timing.

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Release what no longer serves you and let the Universe heal it and you.

What made me smile yesterday……

-Another absolutely perfect day.

-AJ’s soccer game. Awesome!

-The shopping I set out to do Thursday finally got done. Wahoo.

-An unexpected visit from Bob.

Love, Blessings and Gratitude,

Rev. Chris
