For your consideration……
An event is an event. The perspective, attitude and judgement we assign it determines its relationship to our lives. That is our message today and it goes without saying that the power we hold is implicit in it.
Is this event a problem or opportunity? We determine that. Are we excited, resolved or dreading it? Perhaps the most important thing is that we release our judgement. Because we are manifestors, letting go of judgement is key to our well-being. Judgement limits us when we are meant to be limitless. Each event….each moment….. is meant to be an opportunity to create, grow, expand and become all that we are meant to be. We hold the power. We hold the key to tapping into the limitless opportunities of the Universe.
That is the HOPE. And so it is.
Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…..
-Meditate/pray….find your calm center and listen.
-Drink lots of water.
-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.
-Journal your dreams from both the dream and awake state.
What made me smile yesterday…….
-A joyous school day.
-I was an efficient machine. I got so many tasks done I amazed myself.
-Spending time with Will and AJ at Mac’s softball game.
-My happy girls.
Happy Birthday, AJ…..the greatest grandson ever!
