For your consideration…..

I am not sure if we have been given this message before but I love it. We are reminded that while our mind has long since forgot, our soul remembers. Our soul remembers all of who we are today and who we were before. It is a never-ending recorder.

We are given the examples of spring flowers and grass. They die each year and then return the same but thicker and fuller. They inherently know who they are. And so it is with us. Our “life” is actually many life spans. And HOPEfully we grow wiser, more robust and more loving with each as we gather and master life lessons.

Deep down in our soul we carry the memory and essence of who we are. Our soul knows our blueprint. It knows the plan for our life journey. We have all had those deja vu moments. Those flashbacks are soul memories.

Often here we talk about the soul….our authentic self. We recommend every day that we learn to communicate with it and let it lead our lives. Today we are reminded of a good reason why. Our soul already knows the life lessons we have mastered and the ones we are still working on. It helps keep us from being “repeat offenders” and grow. And it holds the key to what is holding us back.

Our soul holds the key to our fears. It knows why we are afraid. Fears that seemingly are ungrounded or out of proportion are often rooted in a past life memory. If we can tap into that and get past that event, quit living it so to speak, we can move on. Maybe it is the key to the life journey we are on today.

Collectively we are trying to return to “all love” as most religions teach. Our soul knows the way. We do not have to keep “reinventing the wheel”. We have the secret treasure map right in our very own soul. Access it.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take……..

-Meditate/pray…..ask your ego to step outside and take a rest. In the silence begin listen to your soul, your angels and guides.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Drink lots of water.

-Look into the eyes of those you speak with. If the eyes are the windows to the soul, what do you see?

What made me smile yesterday…….

-Ahhhh dare we believe Spring is here?

-Our first lawn mow. Great job, Brucie.

-4th graders.

-A dinner date with my hubby at the Tap Room. I love it when he has a destination. Usually he says, “Want to go out?” I say, “sure”. And he says where do you want to go. At that point I say, “Seriously?” But I pick or get frustrated and say, “It’s easier to cook.”

Love, Blessings and Gratitude,

Rev. Chris
