For your consideration…..
Ahhhh Monday. What is our “attitude” about it? Are we somewhat bitter it has rolled around and our weekend is behind us? Are we indifferent? Or are we excited?
Of course, our message wants us to be excited. Every day presents us with opportunities. Indeed, our Guidance throws them in our path all of the time. But we have free will and our ego and attitude can blind us to them.
We were also given the cherry blossom with our message. Why? The cherry blossom has great beauty….plentiful in mass. It blooms abundantly and then all too soon they are gone. So are our opportunities. We are given an abundance of them but they quickly die and fade away if we do not notice them and snap them up.
The cherry blossom reminds us that life and its opportunities are too short to waste. We need to seize them and use them to the fullest in our life’s purpose.
We are reminded today to not dread the beginning of the new week. No, don’t wish the days away until a new weekend. Instead be excited for all of those opportunities that will be presented to us via every possible avenue.
That is the HOPE. And so it is.
Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take……
-Meditate/pray….feel your HOPE, excitement, love and joy. Carry it into your day.
-Drink lots of water.
-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths. Take a walk if you can manage it.
-Where an excited, ready for anything attitude. Expect the unexpected.
What made me smile yesterday……
-Breakfast with my neighbor, Joan.
-Hearing from Julie…..and her mom, Sue.
-Talking with my Sis, Lori….laughing…..our minds think alike.
-Fun shopping. I hate to shop so for it to feel like fun was great.
-Running into a friend, Jen.
-My Alex, she is funny…..too hard on herself…..but funny.
-Finally hearing from Mary.
