For your consideration……

How hard is it to get our attention…..really get it and hold on to it? Maybe a good measure or comparison is how often do we pray or meditate. How easy is it to stay in the moment with our whole being. For most of us, the answer is it is not that easy.

And that is exactly the point.  We were told yesterday, yet again, that we always have access to help from our Guidance on all things big and small. We simply need to pause and bring our whole self to the moment and ask.

Yet it is just not that easy to get our devoted attention. Ahhh, but we have to take time to sleep. And that is when our Guidance has our undivided attention. We have a tool in our life tool kit called “dreaming”. It is in our dreams that we are given the guidance and help we need. While our subconscious mind acknowledges the dreams, our conscious mind does not always. Because we have a part to play. Consciously we have to accept them, interpret them and put them into action.

Our dreams are direct gifts from God to help us live our life purpose. We are being asked to pay attention to them, interpret them and use the wisdom they provide.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…..

-Meditate/pray…..accept the Guidance you receive.

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Keep pen and paper by your bed. Make a conscious declaration before going to sleep that you want will remember your dreams. Write them down as soon as you wake up. Interpret them. The very best dream book I have found is by Betty Bethards called The Dream Book. You can find it here on the Reference page under books.

What made me smile yesterday……

-Wahoo, it was much warmer than I expected and we did get some sun.

-Breakfast at the club with dear friends, Dianne and Gary.

-Housework done. Whew….

-I finished a good book.

-A call from a school I love to teach at.

Love, Blessings and Gratitude,

Rev. Chris
