For your consideration……

The purpose of HOPEs Rising is as the name implies, inspiring HOPE. As we are learning, we know that we receive help from our Guidance thousands of times a day. We are learning that we don’t always realize or hear them because of our ego or because we have not learned how. We are learning that when we set aside time each day for meditation/prayer, our authentic self emerges and we recognize that we have the tools to hear our Guidance. We are learning to let our authentic self…..our truth…..lead us to living the individual life purpose we all have. We have learned that we are all born perfect for that life purpose and given a “life tool box” so we can accomplish it. We are learning the importance of gratitude and the power of love.

Today’s message tells us that HOPEfully we will continue and be lifelong learners. But we are also told that as we receive that knowledge, we have an obligation to share it. We are not talking about banging on doors or over running each conversation brow beating people. No, instead it is being the example by living your life well and with happiness, joy, love and HOPE. It is by bringing your complete self to each moment. It is by being honest and open about how you are walking the path to your life purpose. It is about reaching out and sharing your HOPE, encouraging them to do the same.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…….

-Meditate/pray….commit to giving yourself the gift of silence at least once a day.

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and breathe. Take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Remember that your breath is your reset button. Stop and take in a few deep breaths whenever stress rises or you become anxious.

What made me smile yesterday…….

-A great day at my niece, Kerri and Jeff’s.

-Michigan’s big win.

-Alex having fun with friends skiing and still getting an Easter dinner at James’ after.

-Shannon and her family have vacation fun.

Love, Blessings and Gratitude,

Rev. Chris
