For your consideration……
Easter for Christians is a day of Joy. Whether you are Christian or not, the message today is the same.
The Resurrection reminds us of God’s love for us. It is unconditional. If we feel unloved or unworthy it is our ego talking to us. God’s love for us is rock solid.
Secondly, we are reminded today that the essence of who we are…..our Spirit….lives forever. It literally, not figuratively, transcends death. Who we are is who we were and ever shall be.
That is the Joy, Love and HOPE of Easter.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take……
-Meditate/pray…bring your focus to your Spirit and feel its love.
-Drink lots of water.
-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.
-Do something you love, be with people you love…..by joyous.
What made me smile yesterday……
-Sunshine.
-Putzing around my kitchen remembering my Grandmother who always did all of Easter preparation on Saturday.
-A safe trip for my Shannon and her family.
-A productive, joyous and excited Alex.
