This song woke me up playing in my head and the knowing of why it is the message for today. Over the past three weeks my family, friends and I have had 5 people pass from physical life to spirit life. But as I pulled this song up and read the lyrics, I see that it has a wider message.
We are given this song to remind us not to let grief, sadness or disappointment weigh us down. No matter what we have to hang on to our dreams. We have to keep living our life purpose. Even when our hearts are breaking, we have to keep the fire of our dreams burning with our HOPE.
That is the HOPE. And so it is.
Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can make……
-Meditate/pray…..know your core. Listen to its truth and HOPE.
-Drink lots of water.
-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths. For us up north we are wishing Spring would hurry up.
-Journal your dreams. Add affirmations to anchor them.
What made me smile yesterday…..
-A relaxing morning.
-Shannon met me and delivered my forgotten phone.
-Ginger and I met Jackie and Mike for a St. Patrick family dinner.
-Alex is back safe and sound from a good ski trip.
