For your consideration……

The timing of messages fascinates me. I would have thought that this message would have come through while we were on our cruise. But instead it comes on just a regular Thursday. Oh, if I could only understand the whys of it all.

We have had messages, I think, about the sun. But today is a little different.

Today we are asked to physically go outside and turn our face to the sun. Pause in the moments. Feel the sun penetrate your face and skin. Let is seep into every cell and organ. Let it fill and rechargye our chakras; crown, third eye, throat, heart, solar plexis, sacral, and root. Continue pausing until your feel “full” and a sense of renewal.

The sun is one of the many ways God literally sends his love to us. It is his love, healing, HOPE, joy and promise all rolled together in each ray. It is his reminder of his constant presence  in our life. It is his reminder of our eternal life energy.

We are loved beyond measure. Of that we can be sure.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take……

-Meditate/pray…..feel your Oneness with the Universe.

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take your 10 deep breaths. Pause and soak in those sun rays.

What made me smile yesterday…….

-A fun school day.

-I took a class out for recess. I had reminded them that I did not have a bell and so I gave them a little whistle and told them that outside it would be much louder and to listen for it and line up immediately. Great students that they were they all came running as I whistled. (They are all fascinated that I can whistle. Who knew that something so silly I learned as a kid would come in so handy?) Well, it is muddy in some areas as is the norm for Spring. As one student ran to line up, the mud sucked his boots right off! He literally ran right out of them. Before I could get another student with boots to enter the mud to get them, he went back in his stocking feet for them. I said, “Son, that is what we have friends for.” Too funny.

-Talking to my Alex.

-Catching up with Jackie.

Love, Blessings and Gratitude,

Rev. Chris
