For your consideration…..
It is time.
You cannot have failed to notice the state of the world. You cannot have failed to see the imbalance and injustices.
There has been an imbalance of the masculine and feminine energy for the last several thousand years. That is at an end as it must be.
It is time.
The Mother’s heart and knowing has been discarded or relegated to last place. It has been mocked and discounted. And in the most extreme places in the world it is even denied the most basic civil rights.
Why? Because it is feared. Love conquers all. Is there a stronger love than a Mother’s? So it has had to be minimized and often mocked.
It is time.
Grandmothers, mothers and sisters our power may have been squelched. It may have been ignored. But even though it is dormant it is there and every bit as powerful as it always was.
It is time let it rise up. It is time to let the Divine Feminine take the lead. We need each other. Our children need us. Our world needs us.
Let’s do it.
That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take……
-Meditate/pray…..give yourself the give of a solitude for at least a few minutes a day.
-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.
-Drink lots of water.
-Go for a walk or run.
-Journal you heart’s desires. Make and affirmation for at least one of them.
What made me smile yesterday……
-A late snooze felt so good.
-Errands completed.
-I tried a new recipe.
-A night out with old friends. Fun Fun Fun.
