“Wind of Change” by Josephine Wall

For your consideration……

Wow, I did not realize until today but this message has been coming in for a couple of weeks. It always seemed to be centered around my youngest daughter, Alex. And it made sense because she has a life purpose involving protecting energy. But this morning it came in very clearly that this is a message for all of us.

In the last couple of days we have had messages that deal with our attitude and choices to pull in happiness. But today is different. It is acknowledged that we can be caught up in negative energy through no doing of our own. Whether we believe it or not, we are all somewhat psychic and we are all affected in the energy that surrounds us.

Our message today is once again to notice. If we are feeling “down, uneasy, sad etc.” for no apparent reason, we are asked to check around us. Who surrounds us? What is their energy like? Are they “doom and gloom”, “poor me” or anxious? We are asked to remember that empathy is good but we do no one a service when we take the emotions onto ourselves.

When we are not feeling upbeat and happy for no apparent reason, we are letting others energy affect us and we need to correct it.

How? It is easy. We simply pause, bless the person with the negative energy (even if we do not know exactly who they are or where it is coming from), and ask for “white light” protection. It does not matter if we know the name of our Guidance who comes to help or not. Ask and someone will be sent to deliver it. Envision and know that a shield of white light will surround you.

Protect your energy. It is for your highest good and the highest good of all.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…….

-Meditate/pray….tap into and learn to recognize your inner most peace.

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Notice how you “feel”. Make corrections where necessary.

What made me smile yesterday…..

-Beautiful San Juan, Puerto Rico.

-The sun, the sun, the sun.

-A great book.

-My Alex bought her first home.

-My AJ and Peanut had a great time on their first ski trip.

Love, Blessings and Gratitude,

Rev. Chris
