For your consideration…….

Today’s message could not be simpler or more beautiful. Tis the season for resolutions or maybe some of us are already tiring of them. No matter which it is, we are requested today to “plant seeds of HOPE” in addition to or instead of them.

There is a proactive energy to this message. It does not matter the season, weather, location or quantity. Each of us can plant as many as we like for whomever and whatever we want. We can be the gardener that plants and nourishes these seeds that can literally change the world.

How? To start off we can get silent. As people or things come up that we want to plant a seed for, we simple say “I plant this seed in HOPE for……..”. Then we declare it so by saying, “And so it is.” or “And so it shall be.” or “Blessed be.” Whatever you feel directed to say to declare it into being. It is as simple as that. We have infused this seed with the energy it needs to grow to fruition.

I did this exercise this morning as soon as I was given the message. What I found is that it has started something that has not stopped. Throughout the morning people and things suddenly pop into my head that I need to plant a seed for. If this happens to you, simply pause for a second or two and plant another seed.

Ahhhh, here is one now……

I plant a seed of HOPE that each of you comes to fully know your life purpose.

And so it is.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…….

-Meditate/pray honor your authentic self. Ask you ego to step aside.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Drink lots of water.

-Start planting your seeds of HOPE.

What made me smile yesterday…….

-Ahhhh the peace of Stillwater.

-Catching up with my friend Dianne. I wish her rest.

-Wahoo, Cathy, Regina, Pat and I have a date picked for our “girls” road trip. We are sooooo excited.

-Alex is back home safe and sound settling back into her routine and……a girlfriend has moved to the area.

-LOTS of writing done. I spent so much time writing on the computer, my neck and shoulders felt like they were frozen in place.

Love, Blessings and Gratitude,

Rev. Chris
