For your consideration……

Wow, it seems like we have a theme going here. We have been getting messages about living authentically….letting our authentic self take over from the ego and lead our way. Yesterday we were given a message about authentic listening. Now today, our message is about authentic speaking. Our Guidance never ceases to amaze me.

Probably most of  have been given the admonishment, “Think before you speak.”, at one time or another. It is good advice but evidently not good enough.

Our message today asks us to stop and feel before we speak. Our words should always come from our authentic self. That means they should always be kind, loving and truthful. That is the litmus test.

Does that mean that we are always telling people what they want to hear? No, but it does mean that we tell them the truth for their, our and the highest good of all. And we deliver it from our soul. We have to talk soul to soul with everyone who crosses our path. That means with people we know and don’t know. Example….if someone opens the door for you, your response of gratitude must come from your soul. Your soul must reach your eyes and smile.

All dialog that does not come from our authentic self is rhetoric creating static interference noise in our beautiful new space. If we can not say it with love and truth, it is best not to say it at all. There is nothing wrong with silence. It too can be filled with love, truth, beauty and grace.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…….

-Meditate/pray. Spend time in silence listening to your Guidance speak to your authentic self.

-Let your authentic self lead you.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Drink lots of water.

-Think about your health and nourish it.

-Journal what you are grateful for.

-Smile…..a lot.

What made me smile yesterday………

-My Alex.

-A celebration I attended honoring the new birth of Earth.

-We had dinner out with dear friends; Dianne, Gary, Vickie and Klaus.

-Running into one of my mentors, Pat.

Love, Blessings and Gratitude,

Rev. Chris
