For your consideration……

Poet William Blake wrote;

Imagination is evidence of the Divine.

I perturb my friend, Christine. I always say to her that watching the news is not good for people. I never turn on the news in the morning. Any news I get is what pops up on the internet when I turn on my computer, what appears during commercials or maybe an evening talk show. Christine has studied the news media. Indeed she wrote the book  Newsphere. With all of the “new” ways people can get news; Twitter, Facebook, texting, internet etc., it is hard to get away from it. But it is even harder to decipher what is true. Christine says that we must ferret out people who have a proven track record to report the truth and are non-political. That is not that easy. I can not think of a single newscaster that I do not know their political affiliation and who remains unbiased. Christine contends, and I think rightfully so, that we should do the hard work and find those who we trust and follow them for news. But to me, it is an overwhelming task and I don’t like the thought of the muck I would have to go through to find them.

I tell you all of that because we are not powerless. If we listen to the news, it may seem that way. But it is not true. Each of us are a power house within ourselves. And unless we choose to give it away we can rely on it.

Today we are being asked to realize that. We know that each one of us are manifestors. We have been getting messages reminding us of that. And today we are being asked to kick our imagination into gear. Imagination is the first step to manifestation. Imagine the world as you want it to be. Imagine the world as you know it can be. Go out and act as though it were already true. Don’t let anyone trample on your dreams or goals. Don’t let the everyday news contaminate what you know to be possible. Live the life you want as the truth.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take……

-Meditate and  let your imagination, HOPEs and dreams percolate.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths. Or take deep breaths when you are suddenly surrounded by “doom and gloom”.

-Drink lots of water.

-Set the intention….The world as I know it can be is______________. Close your eyes and just let your imagination take over and write it down anywhere your pen lands the paper.

What made me smile yesterday………

-A day off.

-I slept-in until 10:30. Yikes.

-A great class.

-It is a very long story but suffice to say it ended with me getting a ring back with a very special stone in it. I thank Archangels for it and Archangel Michael for delivering the message. I am overwhelmed with gratitude.

-Dinner date with my hubby.

Love, Blessings and Gratitude,

Rev. Chris
