For your consideration…..
Today’s message came through very light, almost jokingly. We are reminded that nothing but the truth will do. And that includes “little white lies” or “embellishing” the truth.
We are told that “little white lies” are just practice for bigger lies. It may not seem like they do harm but they do. Even if they seem harmless to others, they harm us because we know the truth. We know when we lie or embellish. So we damage our own credibility with ourselves.
Little white lies are whispers from our ego to our soul telling us we are somehow not good enough. But we are good enough. So we do not need those “little white lies”.
We are asked to remember that nothing but the truth will do.
That is the HOPE. And so it is.
Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…..
-Meditate. Get up front and personal with your authentic self and let it lead your way.
-Drink lots of water.
-Take in at least 10 deep breaths outdoors.
-Rejoice in your perfection. Journal it.
What made me smile yesterday…..
-Breakfast with Pam. So fun.
-I needed info and Leah, Mara and Marilyn came through for me. Wahoo.
-My postcard is designed and ordered.
-Skyping with Alex. It is so fun to watch Bruce because he is just marveled at how we do that.
-Judy’s hubby is fine and they are off to Spain on Wednesday after all.
-First Christmas gift of the season is bought and on its way.
